In Stock – this indicates we usually have the item in stock ourselves and it will be sent out as soon as possible.
Available to Backorder / Backordered – these indicate that we will need to order the item for you. Supply timeframes vary but normally we will be dispatching to you between 4-7 days after you place the order. Occasionally our Supplier may be out of stock and you will be informed of the likely delivery date. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
All NEXT DAY delivery services are next WORKING day. We dispatch Tuesday-Friday (nb. not Monday). We do not dispatch over the weekend or public holidays. Most of our deliveries require a signature at the Customer’s end to confirm delivery. If the delivery is missed then it is your responsibility to liaise with the delivery company to collect the parcel or arrange a suitable re-delivery time.
Making Payment
We accept card payment from most UK-based card types as well as Paypal. If you are shopping from Overseas then please contact us for delivery and payment options.
We use a secure card processing company called OPAYO to charge your card. Your card details are entered onto their secure server and they pass the payment through to us. We do not see or retain a record of your card details. Your card will be charged when you place your order.
On orders over £250 in value we may contact you for additional security checks before we despatch your order. In this instance we will contact you by telephone and ask for proof of address and/or identification.
We will do our best to deliver your order in a reasonable timeframe and at the prices quoted, but occasionally pricing and supply is outside of our control. Any change in price or unreasonable backorder delivery times will be notified to you as soon as practicable, and you will normally have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund or credit up until the point we despatch to you.
Tax Charges
Currently all orders via this site are subject to UK 20% VAT unless the goods are zero-rated. If you are exempt from VAT then you should contact us by phone before placing your order.
