In Stock – this indicates we usually have the item in stock ourselves and it will be sent out as soon as possible.
Available – this indicates that our Supplier usually has the item in stock and we will need to order it for you. Supply timeframes vary but normally we will be dispatching to you between 4-7 days after you place the order. Occasionally our Supplier may be out of stock and you will be informed of the likely delivery date. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
All NEXT DAY delivery services are next WORKING day. We do not dispatch on the weekend or public holidays. Most of our deliveries require a signature at the Customer’s end to confirm delivery. If the delivery is missed then it is your responsibility to liaise with the delivery company to collect the parcel or arrange a suitable re-delivery time.
We accept card payment from most UK-based card types as well as Paypal. If you are shopping from Overseas then please contact us for delivery and payment options.
We use a secure card processing company called OPAYO to charge your card. Your card details are entered onto their secure server and they pass the payment through to us. We do not see or retain a record of your card details. Your card will be charged when you place your order.
On orders over £250 in value we may contact you for additional security checks before we despatch your order. In this instance we will contact you by telephone and ask for proof of address and/or identification.
We will do our best to deliver your order in a reasonable timeframe and at the prices quoted, but occasionally pricing and supply is outside of our control. Any change in price or unreasonable backorder delivery times will be notified to you as soon as practicable, and you will normally have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund or credit up until the point we despatch to you.
Currently all orders via this site are subject to UK 20% VAT unless the goods are zero-rated. If you are exempt from VAT then you should contact us by phone before placing your order.
We want you to be happy with your order. If you have any problems then you should inform us quickly and we will endeavour to rectify the situation.
Jim Aim Motorcycles Ltd do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
We may contact you by telephone, email or other means in relation to your order, for example: notifying you of delivery status, updating you on stock availability or informing you of changes with the order. You cannot opt out of these communications. We will never combine these communications with marketing promotions that you have a legal right to opt out of.
