If you would like to RETURN goods we have supplied then we ask that you email or telephone us FIRST for authorisation.
If we have supplied the goods incorrectly or if the goods are faulty then you will receive replacement goods or a credit in full for your purchase. Please note we will need the incorrect/faulty goods back from you before we can dispatch replacements without charge.
If the goods were supplied correctly, based on the information you gave us when you placed your order, then we will levy a handling charge. This is normally 20% of the Order value, which will be deducted from any credit or refund we make to you. You will also need to cover the return delivery cost.
Goods that are ordered on a Special basis on your instruction are Non-returnable unless they can be returned to our Supplier. Where return is possible, handling and return carriage charges incurred by ourselves will be passed back to you.
